Gerald R. Lucas is a Professor of English and Digital Humanist with over two decades of experience in higher education. He specializes in blending literary studies with emerging technologies, having led numerous Digital Humanities projects, including Project Mailer. He has published widely on contemporary literature, media studies, and the works of Norman Mailer, co-editing several books, including Lipton’s: A Marijuana Journal, 1954–1955 and Norman Mailer: Works and Days. He currently serves as President of the Norman Mailer Society and as the online editor of The Mailer Review.
