I watched Polar last night. Not because I’m a fan of that kind of film — I guess I am, sort of; it’s John Wick with Mads Mikkelsen — who I am a fan of. The movie was entertaining — with a good but predictably over-the-top performance by Matt Lucas — and Mads was just what you’d think.
Since I finished You,[1] I need to start another series. I’m thinking the second season of Counterpart, since I have a few of those saved up. The first season was excellent — J. K. Simmons giving a great performance. Yeah, maybe that’s next. Autumn and I still have to watch the New Year’s special from Doctor Who.
